Technician Brian was great and explained the issue at had clearly, giving options to address. A little pricey, but overall a great service experience.

We recently had a new AC system installed by JW Mitchell Heating and Air Conditioning LLC, and they were absolutely amazing from start to finish. Communication was A+—clear, responsive, and professional every step of the way. The installation team was incredibly knowledgeable and efficient. They got a huge amount of work done in just one day without cutting corners. They showed up on time, were friendly and respectful of our home, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. We couldn’t be happier with the results and would highly recommend JW Mitchell Heating and Air Conditioning to anyone looking for quality work and excellent service.

Brian came out to give us a second opinion on a repair for our AC. His diagnosis was different than our first quote, and much cheaper. After changing a couple of components our AC is working again! He also checked all of our coolant levels and vent temperatures to be sure things were working properly. I’m looking forward to working with JW Mitchell again, though hopefully not too soon.

Our family first met with Luke who arrived on time and answered all of our questions. Three days later the technicians Baltazar & Mario arrived, explained the process, began and completed the job in a professional and timely manner. JW Mitchell was the third company we called and they got the job done in a cost efficient and friendly way.

Reached out to JW Mitchell because we needed a second opinion on some heating issue and I was NOT disappointed. Brian who came to our house was super friendly and was extremely knowledgeable. He ran a couple of tests after seeing my unit and was able to identified the problem with 100% certainty which made us feel really good. The other company who came by, not only charged us $100 but they also said that our valves were not standard (?!?) and they would need to run additional tests to determine the issue…( ~$600). Keep in mind, the unit is only a yr old. Very pleased with JW Mitchell not trying to upsell us on anything and being honest. They told us to contact our contractor before calling them back as they said they would likely cover it under warranty. I’m usually very wary about people who come by to fix houses but this brought me hope and would highly recommend them to anyone who needs qualified, honest mechanical contractors.
